Participants will trace the journey across each stage of organizational maturity: Initial: Replacing manual, paper-based work orders and institutional memory with organized structures. Managed: Transitioning from reactive maintenance to centralized asset inventories and tracking. Defined: Implementing documented processes, organizational alignment, and condition metrics to drive daily decisions. Strategic: Utilizing quantitative data to optimize asset lifecycles, boost accountability, and increase community transparency. Optimized: Integrating enterprise business systems to achieve continuous innovation, proactive risk management, and long-term sustainability. Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to assess their organization’s current maturity level, eliminate data silos, and build a clear roadmap toward sustainable, data-driven asset management.
